Dave Markowitz is considered to be among the best trial lawyers in the Northwest. Over the last three decades, he has tried countless high-stakes
commercial cases to victories in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. Once labeled an "800-pound piranha," he has earned national recognition for his litigation skills is a frequent lecturer on litigation-related topics, including his nationally recognized training series on depositions.
Markowitz frequently acts as a mediator and arbitrator to resolve commercial disputes, and he served as a pro tem judge for nine years. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University in 1971, and from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1974.
