LAS VEGAS SUN CAMP FUND

The Las Vegas SUN Camp Fund was established to provide deserving children without financial means to attend summer camp. The fund awards scholarships to youth ages 8 to 15, and a large number of recipients are in foster care or come from single-parent families. For many of these children, these scholarships are the only opportunity they will have to attend camp and experience all of the rewards that go along with it.

The Las Vegas SUN newspaper covers all administrative expenses associated with the program to ensure that all donations to the fund go directly toward camp scholarships. Since 1970, this program has enabled thousands of children to participate in the fun, socially enriching experience that camp provides.
