Kenneth H. Fearn

Kenneth H. Fearn is Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Capital, LLC, a private equity real estate group with a focus on hospitality. The Company owns assets within the Marriott and Hilton family of hotels, located across the United States, from Southern California to the Eastern Seaboard.

Prior to founding Integrated Capital, Fearn was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Maritz, Wolff & Co., and worked with both McKinsey & Company and JP Morgan & Company. Fearn received a B.A. in political science from UC Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. His sits on the boards of Challengers Boys & Girls Club, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, Berger Bros, and the Executive Committee for the Young Presidents’ Organization Santa Monica Bay Chapter.
