Kenneth H. Fearn is Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Capital, LLC, a private equity real estate group with a focus on hospitality, office, industrial and residential real estate. Since its inception in June 2004, the company has closed on more than $185 million in real estate transactions.
Prior to founding Integrated Capital, Fearn was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Maritz, Wolff & Co., and worked with both McKinsey & Company and JP Morgan & Company. Fearn received a B.A. in political science from UC Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. His sits on the boards of Challengers Boys & Girls Club and Berger Bros.
